1. ALPHARD SOUND TECHNOLOGY ETP contracting authority shall give to the Goods delivered to 12-month warranty, starting from the date of its sale. 2. The warranty does not cover:
- Flaws and defects arising during the transport of goods - Product defects and failures due to alterations and repairs performed by unauthorized persons - Product defects and malfunctions caused by improper operation or activity of factors such as: fire, thunder, flooding with water
3. In the case of product defects, customer must pay the Alphard Sound Technology ETP written notification of claim. 4. Notification of redress in the form of the attached printer must include:
- The precise designation of the goods for which a detailed description of the defect or defects - Buy a copy of the document - A detailed description of the defect or defects - Warranty card (if it has been attached to the goods)
5. In the case of not meeting the conditions of the fourth point, Alphard Sound Technology ETP reserves the right to send back your goods at the expense of the customer complaint without considering declarations. 6. The contracting authority is obliged to provide you sell, sending it in the original packaging at its own expense, to address the main Alphard Sound Technology ETP. 7. Complaints relating to mechanical damage incurred during transportation of the consignment will be considered only after the injury protocol (complaint) signed by the recipient and the supplier of the consignment. 8. The cost of surveys, which have resulted in no damage was found or damage caused by the fault of the Contracting Authority, be charged to the customer. 9. Any complaints, made under the guarantees given, may not be the basis for the Employer to refuse or withhold payment for goods received. 10. Where the removal of defects in the goods is impossible or involves excessive costs, Alphard Sound Technology ETP is eligible to be exchanged for free from defects. 11. Alphard Sound Technology ETP consider the application for claim within 14 days from the date on which the defective product will have to study and the written notification Reklamacyjnym. 12. Alphard Sound Technology will make every effort to ensure that complaints were made within 14 days from the date of positive declarations of complaint.
13. In cases where the implementation of a complaint within this period will not be possible, the parties agree to specific conditions and procedures.
